Frequently Asked Questions

Bridal appointments last approximately 60-90 minuets. To give your bridal stylist a jump start on your style and to make your appointment go by quicker we suggest you look at our Instagram or Facebook and screenshot images of bridal gowns your would like to try on.

Weekend appointments may have three or less guest. If you need to bring more guest, please make your appointment during the week so we can accommodate accordingly. Private appointments with more flexibility have recently been added to our schedule. Remember the more guests you bring, the more opinions you will have and it might be harder on you to make a decision.

On average our brides start shopping a year before their wedding date. Of course quicker options are available for brides with less time. We do not recommend shopping over a year in advance unless you are ready to commit to purchasing your gown. Often brides who come back six months later find that the dress of their dreams has been discontinued or sold off the rack. This forces the bride to start the whole process over.

After your gown has been ordered, it usually takes four to seven months to arrive depending on the designer chosen. Once your gown arrives, we like to allow three months for alterations to ensure the seamstress has enough time and the entire process is not rushed. If your wedding is sooner than four months, we can discuss rush shipping or other options.

Please call the store to go over the best options for you. (850) 494‑9989

Alterations are not included however, we do have several talented seamstress in our area who we refer out to that will make your dress fit perfect.
